On the install day, though it was a tough job, they installed 3 split air conditioners all in one day. Their job was also clean. Overall, their customer service is top notch, they have the patience to talk to you as customer and explain things in details when you don't understand something. After Del-Air replaced my AC capacitor, never explained the cause, and even tried to sell me their annual plan, the capacitor failed again in less than 3 months. I was very surprised when their technician told me that my compressor wasn't working properly, that it was burning the capacitor, and that my system would only last about a year. A friend recommended JCA, and they were honest, professional, and thorough. They checked my entire system, confirmed everything was working fine, and even taught me how to maintain the ducts myself, without trying to sell unnecessary services. Truly trustworthy and reliable!
